About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teacher - English Specialist to join our team at The Grange School. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and personal development of our neurodiverse students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, teach, and assess learning for students with complex needs, particularly in English and literacy.
  • Monitor and record progress, both academically and against EHCP outcomes.
  • Work closely with students to keep them engaged, motivated, and inspired to reach their full potential.
  • Collaborate with Teaching Assistants to direct them in effectively supporting students.
  • Develop and implement individualized learning plans to cater to the unique needs and goals of each student.
