Senior Power Systems Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior/Principal Power Systems Engineer to join our team at Ramboll Group A/S. As a key member of our technical team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality solutions to our clients in the energy sector.
Key Responsibilities- Power System Analysis: Conduct load flow, short circuit, harmonic analysis, dynamic & transient stability, and protection studies to ensure the safe and efficient operation of power systems.
- Power System Modelling: Develop and maintain detailed power system models using industry-standard tools such as DigSilent and ETAP.
- Data Analysis: Analyze and interpret simulation and test data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Delivering Results: Prepare and present high-quality reports and presentations to clients and stakeholders.
- Client/Colleague Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues through effective communication and collaboration.
- Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest technical engineering codes and practices, and apply this knowledge to assist our clients.
- Collaboration: Work effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to power system planning and design.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced electrical engineer with a strong background in power systems. You will have a degree in electrical engineering (minimum BSc/BEng; MSc/MEng or PhD in power systems will be advantageous) and proficiency in DigSilent, ETAP, and other power simulation software packages.
- Electrical Engineering Degree: Minimum BSc/BEng; MSc/MEng or PhD in power systems will be advantageous.
- Power Simulation Software: Proficiency in DigSilent, ETAP, and other power simulation software packages.
