About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Event Day Back of House Staff. As a member of our cleaning team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our venue is clean and safe for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out a range of cleaning activities, including mopping, sweeping, dusting, vacuum cleaning, emptying bins, and cleaning washrooms/toilets.
  • Take initiative to perform cleaning and tidying tasks that are not specifically contained within the rota but require attention to maintain overall high standards.
  • Ensure Health & Safety, quality, and general procedure compliance.
  • Work as part of a team and support other members of the cleaning team to meet standards and objectives.
  • Ensure equipment is cleaned, maintained, and stored correctly.
  • Be fully compliant with all Frasers Group policies, including Health and Safety, COSHH, and Hotel cleaning standards.

Requirements

  • Good attention to detail
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and use initiative
  • Be reliable and responsible with a flexible approach to work
  • Days, Nights & Weekends Availability
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Any other duties deemed reasonable for the role
