Enterprise Client Success Manager

Reward Gateway is seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Client Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Client Success team, you will be responsible for delivering a world-class service to our clients, driving customer satisfaction and usage, and building strong relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of approximately 25 to 30 accounts, providing proactive support and guidance to clients to ensure they achieve their goals and objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve client health scores, drive product adoption, and increase transactional revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and product updates to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.
- Work closely with the Implementation team to onboard new clients and products, ensuring a smooth and successful transition.
- Conduct regular client reviews and feedback sessions to understand client needs and preferences, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of client business objectives, challenges, and pain points to provide tailored solutions and support.
- 4+ years of experience in Client Success, preferably in a similar role.
- Proven track record of delivering high client retention and growth, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and NPS scores.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective plans to drive client success.
- Experience with Salesforce and other CRM tools, with a strong understanding of data analysis and reporting.
