Customer Service Advisor

Are you a detail-oriented and analytical individual with excellent communication skills? We are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our dynamic team at Charles Taylor Assistance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and audit medical expenses to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Process travel insurance claims and invoices, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Identify and negotiate medical invoices, utilizing strong analytical skills.
  • Coordinate logistical services for clients, demonstrating excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Work in a high-pressure environment, remaining confident and self-motivated.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient computer skills, with experience in expense management and insurance claims processing.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
