Overview

Are you skilled in translating English content into French Canadian?

We are seeking a dedicated translation expert who enjoys working with diverse source materials and various international clients. Your ability to adapt translations to different brand voices will be essential.

Key Responsibilities

Role Summary

As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for a range of linguistic tasks, including:

  • Translating various text types and subject matters
  • Transcreation of marketing content
  • Reviewing and post-editing machine-generated translations
  • Conducting terminology research
  • Creating and maintaining translation memories and termbases
  • Developing and upholding style guides
  • Participating in client meetings as needed
  • Occasionally visiting clients for product demonstrations or briefings
Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Native-level proficiency in French Canadian
  • Strong command of grammar and fluent writing style
  • Translation qualification with a minimum of three years' experience
  • Willingness to learn and go above and beyond
  • Ability to review and provide constructive feedback on others' work
