Service Contracts Coordinator

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Contracts Coordinator to join our team at Getinge Ltd. As a key member of our Contracts and Invoicing Team, you will be responsible for the complete service agreement renewal process from provision of quotations through to order processing and handover to internal planning teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contract Renewals: Prepare and send contract renewals to customers 3 months prior to expiry, negotiate and work with customers to finalize the agreement, and proactively manage workload to minimize contracts finished without a renewal in place.
- Quotation Management: Provide quotations for additional work, collate information from all relevant parties to ensure the quotation is correct, and process orders once received, informing all appropriate departments.
- Supplier Management: Complete supplier questionnaires, including collating QA information, bank details, insurance certificates, H&S information, method statements, and risk assessments.
- Business Development: Work as part of a team in the delivery of the department-wide strategy to regain lost contracts and complete tenders for new business.
- Reporting and Analysis: Produce reports to indicate current and projected business activity relating to service agreements and lost contracts.
- Customer Service: Prioritize and organize a continuously changing workload, ensuring that a response is provided to all customer calls and enquiries, and collaborate/liaise with other departments to assist with the smooth transition between departments giving the customer a positive experience.
Requirements:
- Maths and English: GCSE level C or equivalent.
- Previous Experience: Previous background in contracts or procurement would be desirable.
- Technical Skills: Experience and knowledge in Microsoft, especially in Word, Excel, and data packages, with the ability to learn new CRM/ERP systems. SAP experience desirable.
- Soft Skills: Attention to detail, conscientious, honest, flexible, positive work ethic, customer-centric, and polite telephone manner.
