Regional Facilities Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Facilities Manager to join our team at Gleeson Recruitment Group. As a Regional Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for managing the maintenance and operations of our stores across Greater London and the South East.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the planned and reactive maintenance of 80 stores across Greater London and the South East.
- Directly manage a Facilities Assistant and oversee the work of subcontractors.
- Use ServiceChannel CAFM system to manage maintenance and repairs.
- Present monthly reports to directors on store spend, maintenance budgets, and any issues or escalations.
- Manage a budget of approximately £7m per year.
- Liaise with Operations on reactive maintenance requests and provide expert advice on facilities management.
- Review and authorize work orders and proposals.
- Supervise the repair and maintenance of all stores within the region.
- Ensure consistency in the delivery of planned maintenance.
- Create and distribute Requests for Proposals to minimize costs of large-scale work.
- Manage the agreed budget for repair and maintenance of stores within the region and report results regionally and nationally.
- Implement the National Maintenance Strategy.
- Analyze and report on data from CAFM system, taking action as necessary.
- Provide training to Operations on facilities management.
- Record and manage technical systems in the CAFM system.
- Authorize payment of invoices up to the determined limit.
- Act as Direct Leader to Facilities Assistant in line with the principles of the Management System.
- FM experience in supermarket retail or food retail.
- Proven experience with CAFM systems.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Experience in a high-pressure environment.
- Proven experience of dealing with escalations/complaints and providing solutions.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft PowerPoint.
- A competitive salary, negotiable depending on experience, with a starting salary range of £50,000 rising to £94,240 upon a 5-year plan.
- A Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm schedule with the opportunity for 2 days of remote working.
