Role Summary

DiverseJobsMatter is seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to enhance our Support team. This role presents a unique opportunity to assist our diverse workforce across multiple regions, contributing to impactful initiatives.

Do you possess a strong background in managing Windows network systems, including Active Directory, along with experience in cloud-based solutions such as Google Workspace?

As a dedicated IT professional, you will collaborate with a dynamic Helpdesk team to deliver first and second-line support to users both domestically and internationally. Your responsibilities will encompass:

Providing comprehensive IT guidance to users, addressing a wide range of support inquiries related to Windows 10 laptops and Windows Server (2012R).
