* Monitor online review sites and receive, register, and respond to all incoming feedback
* Assist with the production of monthly figures, including feedback and team stats
* Respond to and accurately action GDPR requests
* Assist the Customer Relations Team with complaint files as needed
* Assist in developing and documenting best practice for the teams
Requirements:
* Passion for customer service and upholding our service standards
* Previous experience within Dexters with a great track record
* Good knowledge of Dexters best practices
* Confidence to work as part of a busy helpdesk, dealing with colleagues at all levels
* Excellent timekeeping and absence record
