Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate and oversee comprehensive schedules for maintenance and repair projects, ensuring effective resource distribution and timely task completion.

  • Collaborate with facilities managers, technicians, contractors, and clients to strategize and prioritize work orders.

  • Supervise and monitor the advancement of scheduled tasks, making necessary adjustments to accommodate changes and unforeseen challenges.

  • Maintain precise documentation of work orders, schedules, and completed tasks within the facilities management system.

  • Ensure adherence to health and safety standards and company protocols throughout all scheduled activities.
