**Finance Director Opportunity with Eaton Syalon Ltd**

Eaton Syalon Ltd, a leading global manufacturing group, is seeking a highly skilled Finance Director to join their UK business. As a key member of the Management Team, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's financial strategy and contributing to its continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the finance team, ensuring ongoing training and development to maintain a high level of financial expertise.
  • Collaborate with the Management Team to prepare and manage the annual budget and business plan, providing detailed forecasts and financial insights to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare accurate monthly management accounts, ensuring compliance with group policies and overseeing tax issues and external audits.
  • Develop company KPIs and provide detailed business analysis to support decision-making, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Work closely with banks, customers, suppliers, and other external stakeholders on financial matters, building strong relationships and ensuring effective communication.
  • Lead finance transformation projects, ERP upgrades, and other initiatives, driving process improvements and ensuring seamless implementation.

Requirements:

  • Strong financial accounting and analytical background, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality financial results.
  • Exceptional commercial acumen, with the ability to work autonomously, manage tight deadlines, prioritize effectively, and manage change.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing finance team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
