Mobile Tanker Technician

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Tanker Mechanic to join our team at Nicholas Associates Group Limited, based locally to Coalville, Leicestershire.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect, service, and repair tankers (primarily vacuum waste tankers) to a high maintenance standard.
- Identify and highlight potential business commercial opportunities to the line manager.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of compliance details.
- Operate company vehicles in accordance with road traffic law and company policy.
- Undertake required training as deemed necessary by the company.
- Provide high customer service levels while working to specified deadlines.
- Adhere to the company's health and safety policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Time served experience working with tankers (preferably waste tankers) or HGV types would be an advantage.
- Experience in similar fields to road tankers, such as hydraulics, pneumatic, plant machinery, or other similar vehicle types.
- City & Guilds 1, 2, & 3 Certificates or equivalent qualifications in a similar area would be an advantage.
- Previous mobile working experience would be an advantage.
- High level of enthusiasm and good communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers and ability to complete relevant written documentation.
- Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise workloads to meet deadlines.
- Initiative to work autonomously if required.
