3D Workshop Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Workshop Manager to lead our team in Coalville, Leicestershire. As a key member of our Stafforce Recruitment team, you will be responsible for managing workshop operations, supervising technical repairs, and ensuring compliance with our health and safety policy.
Main Responsibilities- Manage and prioritize workshop repairs to meet customer and business demands.
- Supervise technical repairs and advise technicians on best practices, including quality checks and vehicle inspections.
- Use our in-house IT systems to allocate resources, validate technician hours, and control overtime.
- Ensure a safe and tidy working environment, adhering to our health and safety policy and accurate data recording of equipment expiries.
- Identify and procure best value vehicle parts and equipment as required.
- Ensure all staff follow Company procedures and adhere to servicing and inspection schedules.
- Encourage staff to read service bulletins and product updates, and promote staff input.
- Generate third-party revenue from service and repairs, increasing year on year.
- Time-served technician with a technical background, ideally in a waste tanker or similar environment.
- Highly competent with IT systems, including MS Excel, to manage technician resources and purchase order raising.
- Analytical and numerical approach to interpreting data.
- Full and valid driving licence.
