About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of workshop supervisors and contribute to the effective management of our workshop facilities. As a Senior Workshop Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our workshops, including the maintenance and repair of equipment and resources. You will also play a key role in supporting the development of our automotive and engineering programmes.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of workshop supervisors to achieve efficient and effective workshop operations
- Manage workshop budgets and resources to ensure optimal use
- Support the development of our automotive and engineering programmes
- Ensure the maintenance and repair of equipment and resources
- Contribute to the improvement of workshop facilities and processes
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum Level 2 qualification or equivalent in a relevant subject area
- Strong industrial experience, preferably in a construction or manufacturing setting
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- A passion for education and training
