Job Title: Third Party Resilience Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Third Party Resilience Analyst to join our team at Oliver James. As a key member of our resilience team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business continuity plans for the loss of critical 3rd parties across all areas of European operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Business Continuity Plans: Collaborate with functional teams to conduct 3rd party business impact analysis, and scenario planning to identify vulnerabilities and potential threats to critical business functions.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with external partners, vendors, and relevant stakeholders to align continuity efforts and maintain external dependencies.
  • Provide Regular Reports: Deliver regular reports to senior management on the status of 3rd party business continuity initiatives and recommended improvements.
  • Continuously Monitor Emerging Risks: Stay up-to-date with emerging risks and industry trends, adapting resilience strategies to evolving threats and business needs.
Requirements:
  • Experience in Business Continuity: Essential experience in business continuity, operational resilience, or emergency response planning.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Ability to Influence and Manage Relationships: Ability to influence and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including challenging where required.
  • Self-Starter with Excellent Organisational Skills: A self-starter with excellent organisational skills, including workload planning and measurement.
  • Ability to Work Under Pressure: Ability to work under pressure to stretching targets.
