Job Title: Site Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our team at Constructive Moves. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate site activities, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
  • Lead and motivate site teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement site-specific quality plans and procedures.
  • Monitor and control site costs, including labor, materials, and equipment.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.

Requirements:

  • Up to 5 years of experience in construction management, preferably with a focus on curtain walling installations.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct site teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve site-related issues.
  • Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and other construction management tools.
  • Valid CSCS Managers card and relevant first aid certification.
