About the Role:
As a Site Manager, you will be working closely with our Project Managers to deliver projects averaging £5-£35 million in value. Your focus will be on structural work, CAT A, CAT B, and externals. You will be responsible for communicating with subcontractors, managing client interactions, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the site.
Responsibilities:
- Acting as No.2 to a Project Manager on site
- Communication with subcontractors
- Day-to-day client interaction
- Day-to-day running of the site
Requirements:
- Experience with affordable residential or converting offices/retail spaces to hotels
- Externals and structural experience
- Fit-out experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering
