Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Manager to join our team at Gravitas Recruitment Group (Global) Ltd. As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for leading the Service Desk team and driving service excellence across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creating and implementing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Engaging with key stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations
- Reviewing and analyzing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve service desk culture and reduce regular issues
- Collaborating with the business to understand their needs and develop a self-service model
Requirements:
- Proven experience in service delivery management
- Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with service desk software and tools
