Service Delivery Manager (Service Desk)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Manager to join our team at Gravitas Recruitment Group (Global) Ltd. As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for leading the Service Desk team and driving service excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating and implementing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Engaging with key stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations
  • Reviewing and analyzing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve service desk culture and reduce regular issues
  • Collaborating with the business to understand their needs and develop a self-service model

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in service delivery management
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with service desk software and tools
