About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Fire Safety Team as an Apprentice Fire Safety Officer. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in fire safety and risk assessment, working with a team of experienced professionals in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake a structured learning programme to develop your skills and knowledge in fire safety and risk assessment.
  • Assist in the delivery of fire training to staff and provide support in the development of fire safety policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to the review and update of fire risk assessments and fire safety plans.
  • Participate in fire safety audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including staff, patients, and external partners.
Person Specification
  • 5 GCSEs at Grade A-C or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Confidence in public speaking and presentation.
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
