Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic HR support to leaders and managers, influencing change management initiatives and managing complex employee relations cases.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance, working closely with hiring managers to support recruitment and performance appraisal processes.
  • Partner with hiring managers to support recruitment, ensuring a seamless and efficient recruitment process.
  • Support and guide managers in the performance appraisal process, providing tools and strategies to enhance employee performance.
  • Ensure all HR activities comply with current employment law and regulatory requirements, staying updated with any legislative changes.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a senior HR role, preferably supporting multiple sites and in a unionised Manufacturing environment.
  • Minimum of 5 years HR experience with a strong knowledge of UK employment law.
  • English language is a must.
  • Proven track record in managing a variety of employee relations cases, from investigations to resolution.
