National Business Development Manager

Macgregor Cavendish (UK) Ltd is seeking a highly skilled National Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales and fulfilment team, you will be responsible for driving profitable revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets and expand our customer base.
  • Work closely with operations, customer services, and finance teams to ensure seamless delivery of new and existing accounts.
  • Implement new business initiatives and work closely with the Implementation / W/H Ops Manager to ensure smooth execution.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of new business development within fast-moving distribution.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor communication style and format to customers.
  • Accurate and thorough with a good eye for detail, and able to analyse data to draw conclusions and make recommendations.
  • Knowledge of 3PL services, including fulfilment.
