Key Responsibilities
Your daily tasks may include:
- Inputting financial transactions into our internal databases and financial systems
- Maintaining both digital and physical financial documentation
- Ensuring timely entry of all invoices and receipts into the system prior to payment
- Preparing and executing weekly payment runs to external vendors
- Reconciling credit card expenditures, ensuring proper allocation and receipt collection
- Conducting ad-hoc financial analysis, reporting, and project assignments as needed
- Building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders
- Utilizing financial software effectively
- Proposing enhancements to improve accuracy, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness
Qualifications
The following skills will be beneficial in this role:
- Understanding of basic bookkeeping principles
- Familiarity with NetSuite (preferred but not mandatory)
- Strong interpersonal abilities; a detail-oriented problem solver
- Excellent organizational skills and a sense of ownership
