Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our team. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate site activities, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Supervise and motivate site teams to work efficiently and effectively, ensuring that they meet deadlines and exceed client expectations.
- Monitor and control costs, ensuring that projects are delivered within budget.
- Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring that projects are delivered safely and without incident.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Manager in the commercial new build sector.
- Excellent people management skills, with the ability to motivate and lead site teams.
- Strong planning and time management skills, with the ability to think ahead and manage risk.
What We Offer
- A competitive salary between £55,000 and £65,000.
