Galderma presents a remarkable opportunity for a Skincare Brand Strategist to become part of their rapidly expanding skincare division. This position entails collaborating closely with the UK&I Marketing Manager and a dedicated team to create and implement effective brand strategies and marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will possess a degree-level education, prior experience in Brand Management, particularly within the skincare sector, and a comprehensive understanding of the UK customer and FMCG landscape.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Oversee the execution of prominent communication strategies
  • Formulate and implement influencer and public relations initiatives
  • Administer sampling campaigns and promotional efforts
  • Evaluate data to monitor brand performance and extract insights
  • Work in partnership with cross-functional teams to achieve brand objectives
  • Implement marketing initiatives for both trade and brand
  • Advocate for the brand internally and ensure alignment across all departments with brand objectives

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Degree-level education and prior experience in Brand Management
  • Commercial insight and familiarity with the skincare market
  • Proven track record of achieving commercial KPIs and executing brand strategies
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
  • Enthusiasm for trends and innovations within the beauty industry
