Credit Controller Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Credit Controller to join our team at Reed. As a Credit Controller, you will play a crucial role in managing and recovering outstanding debts for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively manage and recover outstanding debts through effective communication and negotiation with clients.
- Utilize financial software and systems to track and manage debt recovery processes.
- Collaborate with the finance team to develop and implement effective debt recovery strategies.
- Provide regular updates and reports on debt recovery status and progress.
- Work independently and as part of a team to achieve debt recovery goals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in credit control and debt recovery, with a strong understanding of financial systems and processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Proficiency in using financial software and systems, including Google Sheets and Sage X3.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and flexible approach to work.
