Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Planning
Develop and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand guidelines.
2. Execution
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, paid media, and onsite promotions.
3. Brand Partnership Collaboration
Work closely with buying teams and third-party brands to optimize marketing opportunities and build strong relationships.
4. Agency Management
Manage the day-to-day relationship with the PR agency to ensure consistent messaging and maximize PR opportunities.
5. Performance Tracking
Monitor and report on the performance of campaigns, using analytics to measure success and optimize future efforts.
6. Optimisation
Identify opportunities for campaign optimization and suggest improvements to enhance effectiveness.
About You
We are looking for a candidate with experience in brand and/or campaign management, either in-house or from an agency side. You should have a strong understanding of both retail and online marketing, as well as experience working with and managing external agencies and partners. Analytical and strong Excel and reporting skills are also essential.
