Digital Marketing Strategist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team at All In. Leeds. As a key member of our client services team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns that drive tangible growth for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders across the client organisation
  • Position yourself as an extension of the clients marketing team
  • Facilitate introductions to new members of our team within each account
  • Drive account performance and ensure that KPI's are met and exceeded
  • Lead strategic campaign planning and deployment
  • Take a long-term approach to performance and growth, identifying and facilitating cross/up-sells
  • Attend and lead quarterly review meetings
  • Management and mentoring of junior team members who are aligned to your client portfolio

Requirements:

  • An experienced client services professional with current or legacy agency experience
  • The skills to analyse and understand a clients' wider business objectives and steer multi-channel delivery to drive tangible and measurable growth
  • A confident, engaging and consultative communicator with strong presentation, sales and negotiation skills with the ability to upsell and cross-sell wider agency services
  • The ability to see the 'bigger picture' and help shape complex marketing strategies, aligned to clients' ambitions
  • Proven experience of managing multiple campaigns and projects, as well as stakeholders and other external suppliers aligned to your clients
  • Proactivity and a willingness to maintain an up-to-date knowledge of latest digital marketing opportunities and technology advancements
  • Proven mentoring and leadership skills and effective relationship building skills, at all levels
