About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health, Safety, and Environmental Advisor to join our team at Marmion. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring a safe and compliant working environment, in line with legal and EHS requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage relationships with regulatory bodies and lead HSE audits.
  • Develop a culture of safety engagement and communicate successes across the business.
  • Oversee COSHH manual management and submission of data for compliance.
  • Review and align policies, procedures, and documentation with management systems.
  • Collaborate with the Health & Safety Network to ensure compliance with company policy.
  • Develop and deliver EHS training programs.
