Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Health, Safety, and Environmental Advisor to join our team at Marmion. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving a culture of safety and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Implement Safety Programs
    • Design and implement safety programs to prevent accidents and injuries
    • Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement
  • Conduct Risk Assessments
    • Identify potential hazards and risks in the workplace
    • Develop and implement controls to mitigate risks
  • Provide Training and Guidance

Requirements

  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Environmental, Safety, or Engineering
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in a safety-related role
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
