Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, including tracking stock levels, monitoring inventory movements, and conducting regular stock takes.
  • Source and purchase goods and materials, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the Maintenance team to identify and resolve inventory-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels, reduce waste, and improve supply chain efficiency.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • GCSE in Maths and English
  • Fully valid UK Driving Licence
  • Experience working in a maintenance/logistics environment
  • Strong understanding of inventory management, warehousing, and stock procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
