We are currently seeking a Procurement Manager to play a pivotal role in establishing a global supply chain and fostering opportunities within the industry.

Role Objectives:

  1. Engage in the development of Small Modular Reactors, contributing significantly to global decarbonization efforts.
  2. Formulate and implement a procurement strategy for the PDP/EPC supply chain partner, facilitating the deployment of power stations.
  3. Lead tender processes to evaluate and select EPC/PDP partners through established procurement methodologies.
  4. Oversee project management of procurement activities related to this partnership initiative.
  5. Provide leadership and guidance to the procurement team.

Essential Qualifications:

Experience in regulated supply chain environments.

The ideal candidate will have a background in operations, procurement, or supply chain management, achieving challenging goals under tight deadlines. Experience across various functions, including strategy, commercial, project management, regulation, and logistics, is preferred.

Strategic Framework Application.

The successful applicant will have a proven track record in developing strategies that align with business objectives while navigating global opportunities and regulatory landscapes.

Category Management Expertise.

  1. Experience in managing or collaborating with organizations involved in infrastructure projects as EPC.

Experience in managing partnerships within highly regulated sectors such as nuclear, power generation, construction, or aerospace is highly desirable.

Stakeholder Engagement and Influence.

Effective communication with various functions, including engineering and project management, is crucial. The role also involves representing the organization to external stakeholders, requiring strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Team Leadership Responsibilities.

  1. Experience in leading and developing high-performance supply chain teams, focusing on performance management and continuous improvement.
  2. Contribute to the success of the supply chain team and the overall business.
