Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join the EMEA Finance Projects team at Hilton, working in a flexible location within France or the UK, with the option to work remotely or in a hybrid setup. As a Project Finance Systems Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating functional changes across our key financial systems in EMEA, including Microsoft Dynamics Nav and SunSystems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure financial systems are operating correctly and coordinate with support partners to maintain adequate support.
  • Maintain System Cost Centre and instruct for billing (Microsoft Dynamics Nav).
  • Coordinate central requests for above property audit review.
  • Openings - Coordinate the implementation of back-office systems for hotels' opening.
  • Legal and Structural Changes, Enhancements - Coordinate application in back offices of legal and structural changes & other enhancements.
Requirements
  • Finance degree holder and/or a professional-level Accounting qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, CPA.
  • Experience working in or supporting an accounting function.
  • Technical system build methodology and database setup experience.
  • Experience in IT project management in a key position.
  • Able to communicate effectively in English; other language skills would also be beneficial.
  • Sound understanding of SunSystems and Microsoft Dynamics Nav.
  • Good Microsoft Office knowledge; use of Microsoft Visio is a plus.
