Position Overview:
As a dedicated Refrigeration Engineer, you will be responsible for the service and maintenance of refrigeration systems across various sectors, including hospitality and retail.


Salary and Benefits:
Competitive basic salary of up to £42,000 for a 40-hour work week. Travel expenses covered from door to door. On-call duties are scheduled at a rate of 1 in 6, with a standby allowance of £100. Overtime compensation applies after 8 hours of work each day, with additional pay rates for weekends and holidays.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform service, maintenance, and emergency repairs on refrigeration and some air conditioning systems.
- Work with various equipment, including cold-rooms, bottle coolers, under-counter fridge/freezers, display cabinets, and blast chillers.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks and troubleshoot faults.
- Offer professional advice and support to clients.
- Engage with clients in a field-based, customer-facing role.


Essential Qualifications:
- FGAS certification.
- NVQ Level 2 in Refrigeration or Air Conditioning.
- Valid Driver's License.
