About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Practice Director to join our team at TechNET IT Recruitment Ltd. As a Practice Director, you will be responsible for developing opportunities to grow our sectors and drive business growth. You will have overall responsibility for transformation projects, engaging with clients at a high level, and overseeing a talented team to deliver sustainable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute long-term plans for business growth and development
  • Consult with clients to develop plans for managing their operations more effectively
  • Lead transformation projects, engaging with clients at a high level
  • Oversee a talented team to deliver sustainable results
  • Develop and maintain client relationships
  • Present work statements, proposals, and support contract creation
  • Supervise project finances for final client approval

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of consulting experience
  • Experience in creating sales pipelines to reach annual sales targets and quota
  • Ability to analyse client businesses to determine how to improve profitability, efficiency, quality, or other measures of success
  • Strong leadership skills and creativity to initiate catered, innovative solutions for clients
