About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Manufacturing Integration to join our dynamic Manufacturing team at Forseven. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our company and driving our mission to revolutionize the electric vehicle industry.

This is a rare and exciting opportunity to lead an in-house team of process engineers and manage our contract manufacturing partner to define, develop, and validate an optimized manufacturing process that delivers production volumes, quality, and cost to meet our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of manufacturing process engineers to review designs and challenge and validate process implementation proposals from our contract manufacturing partner to find optimum solutions in terms of CAPEX and OPEX.
  • Collaborate across the organization to define robust manufacturing processes compatible with product requirements and business plan targets.
  • Ensure required data and information is available to our contract manufacturing partner to enable on-time programme delivery.
  • Represent the Manufacturing function in senior Engineering design reviews.
  • Be the senior point of contact for Manufacturing process within FORSEVEN and with our contract manufacturing partner.
  • Lead the resolution of manufacturing-related issues within FORSEVEN and with our contract manufacturing partner.
  • Manage the delivery against agreed KPIs and provide report outs in accordance with defined business governance.
  • Review and approve relevant deliverables from our contract manufacturing partner.
Requirements
  • Experience in Automotive Advanced Manufacturing Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, and/or Manufacturing Operations.
  • Experienced in defining strategy and successfully leading the implementation of efficient processes and operation for high volume automotive production within ambitious financial targets.
  • Structured and organized approach and methodology with track record of process implementation and management.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and experience of interacting with Programme and Engineering teams to ensure robust product launch.
  • Create and foster a culture which encourages collaboration and fast-paced delivery across the FORSEVEN and partner organizations.
