Job Summary

Orwell Housing is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Service Manager to lead our Young Women's Service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering a strengths-based support service that places our customers at the centre of all that we do.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead on the delivery of a high-quality support service that meets the needs of our customers.
  • Promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement through robust quality assurance and reflective practice.
  • Develop and implement effective housing management strategies to maximize income and ensure good budgetary control.
  • Ensure the delivery of a safe environment that adheres to all health and safety legislation and embeds safe processes and policies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local partners and stakeholders to enhance and support our service delivery.
  • Inspire and motivate your team through robust support and coaching, reflective practice, training, and development.

Requirements

  • Leadership qualification or willingness to gain a qualification in a relevant field.
  • GCSE Maths and English (grades A-C / 9-4 or equivalent).
  • A full driving licence is essential.
