Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CBT Therapist to join our team at Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust. As a High Intensity Therapist, you will be responsible for providing evidence-based interventions to individuals experiencing symptoms of anxiety and depression.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide evidence-based CBT interventions to individuals experiencing symptoms of anxiety and depression
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of service-wide initiatives
  • Participate in regular supervision and training to maintain and develop your skills
Person Specification

We are looking for a qualified CBT Therapist with:

Postgraduate diploma in CBT or equivalentSignificant experience working as a psychological therapy practitionerFull range of skills and competencies as laid out in the competence framework for CBTComputer literacyAbility to work flexibly and without close directionWhat We Offer
