Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CBT Therapist to join our team at Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust. As a High Intensity Therapist, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and effective, evidence-based interventions to individuals experiencing symptoms of anxiety and depression.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership and effective, evidence-based interventions to individuals experiencing symptoms of anxiety and depression
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the team to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for clients
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A qualification in CBT (Post Graduate Diploma in CBT) or equivalent
  • Significant experience working as a psychological therapy practitioner and demonstrating the competences as required
  • Full range of skills and competencies as laid out in the competence framework for CBT (Roth and Pilling 2007)
  • Computer literate
  • Has received training (either formal or through experience) and carried out risk assessments within scope of practice
