Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced High Intensity CBT Therapist to join our team at Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust. As a key member of our mental health services, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and delivering evidence-based interventions to individuals experiencing symptoms of anxiety and depression.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified CBT Therapist to work in a dynamic and progressive service. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team providing a range of psychological therapies to the Coventry, Warwickshire, and Solihull adult population. Our service is delivered in collaboration with Coventry and Warwickshire MIND and offers a variety of support and interventions, including guided self-help, face-to-face and video therapy, telephone support, and workshops.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical leadership and supervision to a team of therapists
  • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based interventions to individuals experiencing symptoms of anxiety and depression
  • Work collaboratively with other services and stakeholders to refine and improve the service
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of service policies and procedures

Person Specification

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced CBT Therapist who possesses the following skills and qualifications:

  • Postgraduate Diploma in CBT or equivalent
  • Significant experience working as a psychological therapy practitioner
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and without close direction
