Salary: £110,000 Basic + bonus & benefits

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Compliance Manager or current Head of Compliance from the Credit Card or Payments industry to join our team at BWD Search & Selection. As a Compliance Director, you will support and lead our business from a Compliance standpoint, including going through a banking application.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support the business from a Compliance standpoint
  • Interact with senior internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain strong technical knowledge and understanding of the FCA regulations
  • Experience of a fast growing business would be advantageous

Requirements:

  • Proven track record as a Senior Compliance Manager or current Head of Compliance
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to interact with senior stakeholders
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of the FCA regulations
  • Ideal background in Credit Cards or Payments
