As a Scheme Coordinator / Wellbeing & Community Connector, you will assist the Delivery Manager in delivering an on-site housing management service that promotes the well-being and independence of residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the management of the independent living scheme, ensuring a high-quality service is delivered to residents.
  • Support the Delivery Manager in the day-to-day operational management of the scheme.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with residents, their families, and external partners to promote a sense of community and well-being.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of schemes and initiatives that enhance the quality of life for residents.

Requirements
  • Experience in housing management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of the needs of older people and the importance of promoting independence and well-being.
