Permanent, Part-Time Opportunity
Mulberry Court, a retirement living scheme in Newbury, is seeking a Scheme Coordinator / Wellbeing & Community Connector to assist the Delivery Manager in the day-to-day operational management of the independent living scheme.
The successful candidate will carry out wellbeing checks, respond to emerging changes in circumstances, and identify and manage risk, including safeguarding. They will engage with older people and their families, supporting them to identify issues and develop relationships with partner agencies to provide wellbeing opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a housing environment or frontline customer service, with good IT skills and excellent record-keeping abilities. They will be a motivated and committed self-starter with strong organisational skills and a passion for delivering innovative services.
Appointment to this role will be subject to a satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service Check, satisfactory references, and possession of a valid Right to Work document.
