The Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Delegated Claims Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing performance and adherence to standards of delegated schemes, assisting in onboarding and offboarding of delegated claims agreements, and providing feedback to ensure contracts are up to date.
About the Role:
- Review and analyze performance data to ensure adherence to delegated scheme standards
- Collaborate with the claims team to onboard and offboard delegated claims agreements
- Provide regular feedback to ensure contracts are up to date and compliant
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with service providers
- Update delegated claims dashboard with new information and insights
- Handle administrative tasks related to claims agreements, including data entry and record-keeping
- Liaise with stakeholders as needed to ensure seamless communication
- Support the Claims Operational Support team with various tasks and projects
Requirements:
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information to stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems and technologies
- Experience in claims or underwriting, with a strong understanding of insurance principles and practices
- Insurance knowledge and expertise, with a focus on delegated claims
- Adaptability to changing workloads and priorities, with a flexible and proactive approach
