Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst with IT experience to join our expanding team. This is a challenging role that will put you at the heart of how we grow and scale our platform and business. You will be a natural good communicator, with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, a flexible approach, and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
As a Business Analyst at TRG, your key responsibilities will include:
Business & Systems Analysis
- Partner with stakeholders to understand their business objectives and requirements
- Work closely with project management, business, and technology teams to translate needs into detailed user stories
- Provide data to product management and senior leadership to support prioritization
Process Standards
- Develop and maintain business process documentation through workshops, knowledge sharing, and standards
- Capture business rules alongside processes and ensure they are fit for purpose and turned into system requirements
- Owning process documentation standards and ensuring they are met
Stakeholder Management
- Build effective relationships with business sponsors and champions
Team Collaboration
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and broader stakeholders to ensure a high-quality user experience
- Participate in retrospectives and mentor staff in your areas of expertise
- Participate in Agile planning sprints to support the prioritization and management of the team's capacity
- Manage relationships with internal and external teams to ensure service quality remains high
Requirements
We are looking for a seasoned BA with at least five years' experience working cross-functionally. This person will also have:
- Relevant professional qualifications
- Experience in business process modeling, ideally using BPMN
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Experience in working in an agile environment, while maintaining the necessary documentation
- Ability to work independently to a very high level using your own initiative, being decisive within parameters
- Ability to create and work in a collaborative environment
- Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Experience of working in remote teams
