Job Title: HR Advisor

As an HR Advisor with Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality HR advice to employees, workers, managers, and directors. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring that advice is value-led, compliant with best practices and legislation, and covers a range of people-related issues, queries, employment relations case work, and organizational change, including TUPE.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert HR advice to employees, workers, managers, and directors on employment-related matters.
  • Ensure that advice is delivered in a timely and effective manner, with a focus on resolving issues promptly and fairly.
  • Support the prompt and effective resolution of issues at the appropriate level, including formal investigations and hearings.
  • Ensure that processes are completed to a high standard and within policy and service level agreement timeframes.
Requirements:
  • Strong high-volume ER case management skills.
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent.
  • Excellent employment law knowledge.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
