The Construction Law team has expanded significantly and is seeking a Non-Contentious Construction Lawyer with a strong background in non-contentious matters to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality legal services to a diverse client base, focusing on cost-effective solutions.
  • Provide expert guidance on all aspects of construction, engineering, and building law.
  • Advise on construction law matters and support initiatives related to this field.
  • Navigate complex regulations and procedures, offering clear and comprehensive advice to clients.
  • Engage in marketing and business development activities, including seminars and writing articles.
  • Align individual responsibilities with your personal development objectives.

Essential Skills:

  • Proficient in legal research and staying abreast of industry developments.
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Windows Office and case management software.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Demonstrated experience in non-contentious construction law.
  • Commercially aware with a proactive approach to problem-solving and enhancing client services.
  • Ability to communicate practical, commercial advice clearly and efficiently, managing tight deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic, eager to embrace new challenges and manage time effectively.
