The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual with a proven track record in managing support services for adults with learning disabilities, autism, and other complex needs. You will possess exceptional leadership skills, a strong commitment to person-centered care, and a passion for making a positive impact on the lives of others.

Essential Qualifications

  • Level 5 in Leadership & Management or a willingness to achieve this qualification.
  • Experience managing teams within a residential care setting.
  • A deep understanding of the needs of adults with learning disabilities and autism.
