Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our night operations team as a Logistics Operations Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for monitoring fleet operations and movements, and reacting to any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Plan and Coordinate Logistics Operations: Amend the delivery plan to reflect any changes in operational circumstances, ensuring a positive delivery outcome and optimal resource utilization.
  2. Collaborate with Partner Hauliers: Work with our sub-contract division to ensure on-day coverage of loads is maintained.
  3. Conduct Driver Debriefs: Conduct thorough debriefs of drivers, highlighting operationally relevant events and compiling information for handovers to the day shift operations teams.
  4. Manage TMS Systems: Utilize computer literacy and working knowledge of TMS systems, preferably Mandata, to support logistics operations.
