**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled ECM Officer to join our team at Homecarers Cheshire. As a key member of our compliance team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our homecare services meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support the Compliance Manager in conducting regular audits of our homecare services to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor frontline staff to ensure they are delivering high-quality care and services to our customers.
- Implement corrective action plans to address compliance failings and monitor progress.
- Carry out medication audits and spot checks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Work with the Care Manager to ensure that staff supervisions are conducted in line with the supervision schedule.
- Monitor compliments, complaints, incidents, and safeguarding data to identify areas of concern and trends.
- Support the Compliance Manager in preparing for Care Quality Commission inspections and implementing recommendations.
- Monitor compliance relating to time-critical visits and medication administration.
- Monitor alerts on the Access Care Planning system and carry out appropriate action to resolve non-compliance issues.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in compliance and quality assurance in a healthcare or social care setting.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
